I could run the KTM 300 up to max RPM in top gear with no trouble. You can can go WOT for at least 2 miles straight. The actual race course is standing start, then the speed traps are at 1.3 miles from the start.

I have a radar gun, but we didn't try the KTM. If we had 3-4 people we could have done speed runs safely.

1 rider, one radar, one spotter, one flagman.
