Any updates @kidturbo

Our flooding went down yesterday
Cresting tomorrow afternoon, about 2 more feet on the neighbors flag pole I'm guessing.

Then I spotted a fearless captian rolling some empties up river after dark. Pretty sketchy. If ya suck a large tree into the props, ya become another Baltimore battering ram really quickly.

I feel his pain, sometimes you just have to getter done. I’ve been running a boat from Brunswick Georgia to Wrightsville Beach and the weather has been terrible. Tides all wrong, wind blowing 25 to 30 knots and it’s coming from the west so I have negative tides to deal with. Ive only been able to cover to 45 miles of the 295 I’ve run in the ocean the rest has been the the intracoastal waterway and the federal maintenance is lacking severely.

We ended up about 2ft below prediction. Or 4ft lower than our 2004 historic record. All the paved roads in and out of town are covered, leaving only a dirt goat trail up over the hills to get in or out of town. But UPS still delivered today, so I'm good for the weekend.

Still no more boat traffic. Most won't attempt this bend at Long Bottom above minor flood stage, unless they have some major power. Here is some old drone shots from few years back, when it's flowing more normal. Imagine making this bend fully loaded, with a good current rolling 20knots. And losing power..

Scored this off marketplace.. squirrel cage is 9.5" wide and 16" diameter.. currently has a 2hp 3ph 1750rpm motor on it
Drive wheel is 3.125" driven wheel is 5.75
Need to get a single phase 1.75-2hp motor and switch...
Any reasonable way to a 120V ~17-20A motor a 3sp?

Should help move air around this 60*80 barn in the summer
