I have the fass 240, it was the biggest at the time? I didnt know they uped it to 260, mines modified to pump around 35-40psi at an idle, it still holds around 25 at wot.

Hopefully we will get some input soon. +10 on to much crap under the hood. After the twins and duel fuelers and all the other stuff it looks kinda like a hoarders program under there. Besides, everyone knows I like overkill anyways

Yea the 260 can go toward 50 psi max

Not sure what the max is on the one i have, but it will max out a 40lb gauge, we just adjusted down cause i thought that was a little too extreme. If you have pressure, i dont see where 50 would help you more than 10psi.

I agree Rob, the fuel lab is nice and holds 12 psi ( exactly what I set it at ) on my biggest tune. I don't see the point in a increase of pressure.

Nick if I was you I would get the fass or you will need to get a bunch of ORB fittings with the FL.

The fuel lab is nice if you have larger lines I don't like how small the.fass inlet /outlet is when running 3/4 fuel lines. Jmo. For a stock ap it would be fine.

Does aeromotive have diesel rated pumps? They got to have some marine rated, that would be fine I'm sure, I'd call and check though

Just the marine and then its the cost again and then there is not brackets or lines or fittings with those pumps and most the time need a reg to adjust the pressure down.

Fuelab comes with mounting hardware. Fittings can be changed to whatever you want.

I'm not a vendor but i sell fuel lab pumps and could sell to vendors at jobber if they'd like to resell to a member. we run one on our P-pumped 24V puller.
The system we run consists of a Hellman sump, a 828 series inline pre filter, a 41402 pump wired for high and low speed at the flip of a switch, then use a filter head from Haisley with a 10 micron filter, and use a 51501 regulator to an earls y block to dual feed the pump. it works great and even not plumbed for boost reference, we set the pressure at about 50psi and with the pump in high speed, we never pull the pressure below 45psi. It all adds up to be pretty expensive once you buy all the fittings (I got them from a local parker store), switches, wire and hose, but we feel it's a great setup at less cost then a mechanical engine driven pump. The guys at FL are great to deal with and have told me the gph ratings on the pumps are greatly underrated to prevent people from under pumping. I was told my pump which is rated at 140gph at 45psi will flow closer to 160-170.

I talked to Fass last week about the 260 and they said it is 4.5"W X 9"L X 14"T. They said it is the same size as a usps large flat rate shipping box. They told me to go get a box and see if it fits were I need it too. Hope this helps.
