My neighbor is in a wheelchair and bought the truck and cant drive it back because of no handcontrols. The truck has them but not mounted yet. He got it for a steal, dealer didnt knwo what they had

Well, as much as I would love to drive cross country and have no clue how to get back, my neighbor had the truck truck shippped, only cost 830 bucks... way cheap for a F350 dually..
