Doing a little digging these came up. They seem to be a foreign made product. Bigger in the Toyota scene from why I can tell with mixed reviews. Most guys saying tHeYrE nOt UnIbALl but for a DD who wants a uniball. Couldn’t find any forum reviews for a GM, but have 4.3 rating out of 5 on Amazon. From their description they're 1.5” steel, use factory style ball joints for easier replacement, hardened rubber bushings, and come with a “hassle free lifetime warranty”. For $360 shipped. Worth being a guinea pig?

My truck has leveling keys from when I got it. Not fully leveled, still about an inch rake but this truck gets driven no less than 100 miles a day. Going to get a front end rebuild soon so tossing the idea of these around. What do y’all think?

well 1.5" steel is what kind of steel? chinesium .083 wall HREW junk or .120 wall chromoly?

the ball joint angle correction is good for your cranked front end but the other main benefit UCA should give on a cranked front end is the ability to have more droop so the UCA is not banging on the bump stop. i dont see those having any of that with no bend in the arm to provide it. also a lack of a pad to hit the UCA bump stop. maybe it wont even hit it??

thats kind of an iffy one. For 360 bucks, think id pass. if it was 200 bucks or less, probably be worth the test. better off looking for some cognitos but going to get harder to find those being the 01-10 chassis isnt being modified as readily as it use to be.

Was hoping you’d chime in James. From the pics I see, it doesn’t look like the tubes have a bend but are angled downwards to the ball joint mount as they come into at an angle. Maybe this is how they achieve more droop? As far as the metal used, no clue. Not listed from what I can see. It’s getting harder to find parts for these things and the prices keep going up. $600 for UCAs I might as well spend 1000 and get a tuff country full drop.

na the tube has to have a bend/notch/something in it to gain decent droop, cognitos is a good example. the fact it has no pad and is most likely smaller in overall diameter than a stock arm might mean you gain some droop over stock, just dont know if it would be worth it.

10-4, in that case I’d just stick with stocks unless you think I’d have a dramatic difference in ride quality with something like Kryptonite ones at my height.

I was looking at them also. Sounds like the arms are decent, but ball joints are really cheap. I think I’m going to spend the little bit extra and get a name brand quality UCA.

put a pic up of your CV angle and the clearance between the UCA and its bumpstop

So if I’m seeing correctly, I’ve got a ways to go before I needed aftermarket UCAs. I’ve even considered pulling the bolts out of the leveling keys and running shackles to level it.

Yeah you are hardly above stock height (torsions are probably worn so it sat lower before). Your ball joint angle isn’t too bad either.

I wouldn’t waste the money. You are good

You have way more room than I did, so I would also agree you won't notice a difference. I had half or less than half the room and did notice a difference, but I know it was hitting every so often.
