Original Gravity was 1.49. The way the abv% is found is once Fermentation has stopped. You take another reading from the hydrometer which then gives you the Final Gravity. Once you have that you can then find out the abv%. It is an unfiltered wheat beer I would expect between 5.5% and 6.5%. I have not brewed this specific beer before so im eager to find out.
