its got good response slightly cooler in racing and towning still hit 1600 i think i dunno it gets going faster cant sit an watch the guage :thumb: need to put more fuel down low again my gauge shows the spike around 42-43 an holds 38 logs show 38-42 lbs i dunno its a good turbo cleans the 45% overs with a 2200 pw right up what pw you running with your 40%'s

No Idea:confused: I know how to load a tune, reflash, and log, Rob does all the tuning and I dont mess with it, seems safer that way;):)

I made mine out of some sheet gasket material from advanced, then I took some rtv an put a little bit on each side of the gasket rubbed it in with my finger to make sure the entire surface is covered, careful not to glob it on, put it in an torqued it down, Good Luck just trying to help. I feel your pain though.

I ended up doing the same thing, but I loosened the turbo to pedestal bolts and made sure the return flange was seated correctly on the bottom of the turbo. You could see when I replaced the gasket the first time where the back of the flange was not compressing the gasket. Instead of RTV, I used aircraft Form-a-Gasket. No problems now...so far.
