Summit racing is selling a tuff country 2 inch lift kit. Blocks in the rear with u bolts and new torsion keys and shocks. I don't want my truck to sit super high but I don't really like the current stance. Had anyone done this lift and any pictures out there with this lift installed? Would my ride quality still be good? And cv angles too? I'm thinking if I did this lift it would give me a little more clearance for bigger tires. Any input guys?

Truck will ride like shit. Factory components aren't designed to handle the added preload of a torsion crank. You'll get your lift but you'll sacrifice ride quality and you'll wear out front end parts prematurely. Cheap is cheap.

If your on a budget check out the tuff country 4" lift kits, good lift for a good price:thumb: The link Carter provided for NorCal is geared more towards the Cognito lift's which are also a very good lift but twice the $$...

Are you just looking to level your truck out or do you want an actual lift? If you just want to level then there are many good and relatively cheap options. If you want a lift then cognito and tuff country are both good products....but you'll be spending some $.

It will ride and torque steer like crap, IMO if your gonna do anything save money and invest in a cognito 4" ntbd kit, drops the front diff to accommodate proper cv angles and maintain good front end wear with less cranked stress on your front end
