Bad injector, Did it quit or flood the cylender?
If the injector flooded the cylinder, it may have squashed a piston wrist pin bore or flattened the upper half of the rod bearing... If you have a scan tool, Kill the #cylinder of that bad injector listen to see if noise gets louder or quieter. Louder could be wrist pin, quieter could be rod bearing...
