Finished up the Spray Bar today. It measures 15"x21". I was going to use one piece of tube all the way to the tee, but was 20" short of the material needed. If it works out, I'll order some more material, and do it in one piece. This one is the test dummy, so I can figure out the spray pattern/Hole size that I want to use.

Co2 spray bar test #1. Needs some work, but it's a good starting point! It is flowing out of all the holes, but only coming out in liquid form in random holes... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nq3MAjNV93Q

I made two passes with the Co2 and two without. I can honestly say that the Co2 was worth .26 and 1.7mph. I only used the Co2 in staging, but emptied the whole 10lb. bottle. I didn't have time to make a cold air intake, so trying the Co2 during a pass was out. It does however make the truck buck, kick and sputter in staging while emptying the bottle (Due to Co2 replacing oxygen). Cant wait for my next trip to Sac to compare it to a familiar track/setup. My truck was running 110.5mph before, without the Co2.

Without Co2 65deg. outside
1.702
5.143
7.993
86.80mph
10.423
109.58mph

With Co2 65deg. outside
1.727
5.051
7.815
88.95mph
10.198
111.28mph

Co2 filling the engine compartment where the intake gets it's oxygen from, no oxygen= Engine won't run. Once the bottle was off everything was running good.
