Thanks for all the feedback guys. To answer some questions:
I only was able to make 2 passes on one of the last days the track was open for the year, they were crazy busy. Didn't get a chance to play with launch rpm or boost. Basically left off an idle in 4x4 to make sure the run counted and to not tear up the surface with my street tires for all the radial cars out there that day.
The truck chassis and drivetrain is all stock 2006 2500hd, 3.73 gears and 265 tires.
First pass at 70 hp and during 2nd pass at 150hp trans REALLY didn't know what to do. Hence I ran about identical times both passes. I should have relearned clutch apply with my scanner first then drove it. Next time.
No lift pump and I didn't watch rail pressure during either passes but didn't limp or set a 0087. But I guess i could have been losing it on the big end and that's why it ran the same mph.
Thanks, keep the ideas coming
