I go to midnight mayhem once in awhile.

IT Blows!

You get maybe 1 run in right when you get there because you make a pass before you can get into the pits, and then its like an hour wait for another run. One night I made 3 passes and I was there from 8pm till 1:30am another night I was there the same time and only got 1 pass. It is filled with ricers and junk. I am usually the only vehicle there in the 12s and the next fastest is like a 14. Every onece in a while there will be a few 12 second cars, and a few 13 second cars. And if your lucky a 10-11 second car will make a pass.

An if 1 car breaks and gets fluid on the track, you might as well leave. The shitty part is you have to be in the gate by 9pm to be allowed to run. Then if you hang out till close you can prolly stuff 2 passes in as a lot of people leave almost at the end. You can just show up at midnight and expect 2 passes cause they close the entrance off.

There usually is about 50 ricers, maybe 30-40 mustangs and f-bodys, 15-20 bikes and then 10 trucks (mostly gassers, if theres any diesels there it will be like 2 and 9 times out of 10 running high 14s.)

what I am saying plan on over 100 cars trying to run in 5 hours. You will get more than 1 pass in if zero cars break lol

bring a helmet, registration and insurance, thats all. Leave the booze and guns at home cause they fully search your vehicle and then run a wand over you out of the car to check for weapons.

Best bet would be to look for a wed. afternoon test n' tune. Theres usually only about 20 cars there and it goes from about 6 to 9 or 10. You have to be running like 13.99s or faster I think.

Pretty much what he said. Wed night is the night to go. Otherwise be prepared for a lot of rice that just dont understand the concept of a fast car.

8000 rpm, fiberglass bodies shaking in unison, drop the clutch, front tires bouncing like a couple mexican jumpin beans and let the fk'er rev through first for a couple hundred feet then shift.

Except for the hilarity in watching someone think a 14.9 second run is impressive, that crap gets old real quick... and this goes on for 6 hours with the occasional 10 second ride showing up.
