ok, i was driving home the other day parked the truck and everything was fine . the next day truck felt like it didn't have the power on the top end. logged the truck and the truck will only hit 74-77mm3 every thing is fine till you hit 77mm3 then the truck falls to 74mm3 and thats all i get!!!:confused:rail pressure hits 23-24k not hitting commanded rail pressure and not flowing commanded flow rate :confused:

changed the lift pump and same thing happens -bottle tested the rail no prob there. I dont think its the cp3 its got about 30k miles on it but i could be wrong:( its on a newer fuel filter (mabey 1k miles on the filter). about to change FPR but before I spend the money thought i would ask mabey someone has had the same problem? truck has 83000k miles on it.

any help would be great !!!!

What the RP doing at WOT and whats it dropping to? Sounds like it could be in the pump. Lso what tuning are you running and what fuel shot?

23-24k for rail pressure at wot should be 26k

change the pump. still does the same thing.:confused:

no I have not changed the cp3 its still pretty new no noises just low rail pressure and flow rate is way down at wot

no im pretty sure I will get a 1093 but i have it tuned not to until 195 mpa so other then that no codes

Don't rely on mm3 for diagnostics except on a stock tune.
If pulsewidth drops, then you are 100% sure you are defueling. mm3 won't always tell since some PIDs won't report correct mm3's.

On LLY's there is a hidden underboost code, do a search on underboost. It doesn't always trigger a CEL at first, but will later on. It caps fuel delivery when triggered, not RPM like a 1093 will. I don't remember at this moment how I fixed it. That was from 4 years ago?

pulse is down but its reading form 70mm3 line so i guess that wouldnt be down would it?its still following just kinda capped

I checked {c0806} is that what you were talking about ? I changed that when i put on my 4088

caps fuel delivery !!!!!! thats the best way to describe it !! she rips and then kinda slows her roll.

going to try it......................... that funny !!! just did a way bigger mouth piece to feed the inducer have had it about 2 weeks !!

did you try rescaling your maf flow rate (B0201) to compensate for the larger mouthpiece.

it didnt work:banging::banging::banging:I fix everything so it should have fix it if thats what was up :confused::confused: what do you think pat??

logged it again but rail pressure is 22k and should be 26k but pulse is jumping up and down now :confused:it almost feels like a rev limiter at 2600 rpm wondering if the FPR(FCA) is going bye bye???

taking a look at your signature I see your using the egr false code shuteruper, that could be a conflict with EFI, might try pulling that and using EFI for the codes.

did you try rescaling your maf flow rate (B0201) to compensate for the larger mouthpiece.

no i have not the the map is still in the stock location and in the same ID of pipe stock was i didnt think you had to rescale it unless you went to a bigger ID in the same location as the sensor ?????
