Sometimes I feel lonely when it comes to nitrous.
I did 20% on mine, and with stock tuning she runs clean. I did do some mild air upgrades at the same time. Definitely feels faster according to my load cell butt dynoOversized injectors are a waste of money without the air to burn the added fuel, stock injectors can already severly overfuel an lb7's IHI so your not going to gain anything except a lower pulse width. I have the equivalent to 20 overs in mine bc the previuos owner had to replace leaking ones, it dd's well, but when I jump on it, shes smokes out the road, im not a big fan of it. I need more air...
in the last month I did two LB7's with 30 overs from LDS and dialed them back on one and the other guy didn't care since his trans was limped many many times and is going to build it. 1800Us on the limped one (he didn't care and wanted to be able to outrun his son lol) and 1500Us on the second one and they both ran pretty clean except for the initial puff and then really clean after that. the 1500Us one might be a little hot for the stock trans too but he is an older guy and said he would run it much anyway. the other guy said he will build his trans someday and do a turbo is why we went with 30 overs in both. seems more responsive then with stock injectors with similar power output.
I went 2450us with dual pumps on my stock motor and 30% injectors. Ran like a champ lol that put my crew cab to a 12.0.
Thank you.So OP, depending on how far you want to take this truck, you probably will need more than those Sally-ass injectors after trans/turbo
