Well jump in with me when I come back through Vegas in May and we can go for a rip. There is usually snow in the higher snowpacks and glaciers right through to July from what I hear!

I was in Revy around Dec 10 and they had excellent snow. Conditions were Ok, a bit tracked out.

I was in Valemount this past weekend and it was incredible. I've ridden in great powder before but this was the best I've ever been in. Had over 1 meter fresh on the ground friday morning at Clemina, and that was ontop of several more meters of fresh-er snow.

Alan creek on saturday was great, similar snow conditions, not very many sledders and a nice clear sunny day.

I've got an 08 XP 154". Next trip is a big one, Feb 5-15. I'm going to hit Revy (boulder, frisbee and keystone), Sicamous (crowfoot) and Valemount (Clemina, Horsey Creek, Alan Creek). I've never ridden the sicamous area even though my folk live there so it should be a great time. If anyone is going to be around and wants to ride give me a shout.

Damn, I'd be in if I wasn't gone to work then. Let me know next time you plan to go.

Possibly later on in february and then again through March. If I have my way I'd like to hit Revy for 3 days and Valemount for 3 days in March sometime.

7000 to turbo my XP... I guess Ill just learn to like not getting too far in the deep powder. On a positive note my side hilling skills are getting second to none from having to "switchback" my way up hills haha.

Cool. Let me know when you go in March. As long as it isn't on the 9th I'd like to tag along.

I just got my decal kit last night and my billet aluminum stuff from Tricked Toys. Nice stuff and I think when I go up to the 151" track I'm gonna get their Tribal 8" billet aluminum wheels.

Now to start decalling plastic.........

Heres the decal kit going on. Wish me luck-I've never been any good at putting stickers on.

Well I peeled the decals, that took me and a buddy several hours. I still stand by Kleen Flo brake parts cleaner as the best thing to remove decal glue. I've yet to find any surface that it can't be used on. Stay away from the CRC stuff though-it's pretty knarly crap and I have had it wreck a pair of safety glasses before.

Tomorrow, bolting the panels back on the sled.:D:thumb:

Almost done. Couple pieces will still need to be stuck on after I get back from work and get time to warm the sled up in a heated shop as they go on the tunnel at the front.

I think it looks ok.....

I think the yellow looks terrible on those things. A set of aluminum wheels goes a long way to making them look cool too. I'm thinking about getting a set for mine just for the bling factor.

First on the list is fixing the damage from the tree I smoked in Valemount the other week.

Ouch.

Trick Toys is where I got the billet aluminum fuel cap and such. They have some pretty good deals on whees as well. If I decide to kick it up to the 151" track, I'm going to use their 8" billet tribal wheels.

Don't these have the 4 stroke twin cylinder motor? If so....let me know when you get ready to build it because I can get you pistons, cams, etc to take it to a 916 with stock heads or 1107 with modified heads/jugs! We build the 800 Rotax motors in ATV's to just about every configuration you could imagine! :thumb:

Nice sled I had one just like it in 04 to 07 except a 151" beat the hell out of it and just wouldn't quit.

I am headed out to the Mountains (Towgatee) tomorrow morning. Can't wait to get out there :D

Bigbird how has the MCX been working for ya?

Took my Nytro out to the mountains a couple weeks ago for the first time, never ridden a boosted sled before all I can say is WOW! It's definitely an eye opener:eek:
