The 4094vvt I shipped this week was around 54 lbs atleast thats what UPS says. Not sure how long the box is to what is shown there it could be a GT4094R or GT4202R kit but PPE's price list says there only at around 43lbs also the converter boxs are biggier and are 70 lbs
dunno but ups just dropped off my front axle for my plow truck im happy bout that but i bet u got a turbo in that box
Lol that well be coming your way tommorrow they had to play tag with ups to get it on the first part of trip. Covering up one marking were the wife doesn't know lol. The pipe should be there already.

Lol I just had one shipped from Garrett so I knew what the weight and size was.

I remembered the weight from when Dan shipped mine to me. Dont forget to cut the tab off the right side of the compressor housing or you'll be in for a lot of fun!

Also check the up pipe inlets on the turbine housing. They were really small on my turbo, almost like they forgot to machine it. I used a gasket to mark the apropriate size and bored them out to match. This will require you to remove the turbine housing. Have fun with it! I love mine!

Hey Dan I thought they did away or fixed the tab on the turbo. ON the one I sold along time back from PPE it was installed and never his the clam shell like D Max Mafia had issues with not sure why but its still running strong on the truck. Once the guys gets the one I shipped out I will see if this tab is on his.
On the tune I built the boost hits 38 pretty easy. It will spike up to 41-43 on shifts. Egts are very low and at WOT I havent seen more than 1300*. I have played with a few tunes from other people but in the end I had to build my own boost and vain tables. This tune is also smoke free.
