The cool thing about lifting and building muscles is, once you build a big muscle base, you don't have to be as strict diet wise to stay lean. That muscle base burns tons of calories.

White rice is good. Whole grains are harder on the GI system like brown rice and pasta and bread.

Get a set of adjustable dumbbells, they make it really convenient and you can do tons of lifts with them. Add tilapia to your diet. You can usually find bags of frozen fillets, through them in the oven with some seasoning. You won't find a higher protein to calorie food.

Did you know that most Tilapia in North America is actually farm raised in China and fed a steady diet of chicken feces? Well now you do.

Wild caught sockeye salmon...omegas, proteins the best and expensive.

By the best I meant the quality of the meat and not being raised in a farm full of chemicals and other harmful ingredients.

As far as the pasta, I'm 10%ish can't eat or I will bloat up. Everyone's body types and genes are different.

If you truly wanted to be huge you would eat copious amounts of wild herring but good luck finding that here...

Vegetable, fruit smoothie with three raw eggs protein powder in the morning, almonds, raw vegetables till late afternoon. 20 minute bike ride in the afternoon heat to get the blood flowing, jump in the sauna for about 45-60 minutes, shower and have some fish and steamed vegetables for dinner. Skip the GMO if at all possible. I would suggest something else before the bike ride, but........
