Ok, got any instructions on that one? I might need to leave it on for the emissions crap when I go to get it all licences properly... As I think I need to match the emmsions out put of the silverado because a newer engine in older car etc...
Or won't a tail pipe test show up that the EGR system has been removed?

i know of 2 and mines in w.a and registered with no EGR crap :thumb: also the one in the pic above has no EGR gear fitted

as for instructions pull all the EGR gear off bin it and weld a plate over the hole where it use to feed out off the up pipes (the things going into the turbo from each exhaust manifold) haha or make new up pipes which is what we normally do

Did all that :) what did you do with the water feed coming from the thermostat housing to the egr cooler?

Now to order some simple bits and pieces,
Like 3 inch high flow Y bridge
A non pinched exhaust manifold
Pcv re route kit
Etc
Ordered my oil cooler, trans cooler and intercooler

Didn't realise these run an engine oil cooler...

Which Y bridge you gonna run?
Where you getting the coolers from?
What are you doing with the radiator?

Yep they have a coolant feed oil cooler which we need to remove to clear chassis I'm prty sure...

Gona run heaths y bridge has a very fair priced one!
Coolers etc ordered on line,
Yet to decide on radiator... Not sure if factory one can handle it... Still need to research that one.

Nop... But lots of beating to fire wall to get exhaust to fit down rear of fire wall

So it is totally finished!
And all licensed and pitted :)
And I have 470hp 1160nm at the rear wheels
Does the 1/4 mile in 12.9
