Anyone know the guy who goes by the handle andy-stevenson on here? Or have a way to contact him. He hasn't been active fore awhile on here I've sent several messages over the course of several months trying to get in contact with him. I'd like to find him the easy way before I have to involve legal action. I put this in smoke signals because it didn't make sense anywhere. I'd appreciate any help contacting him. Thanks.

Yea I got dicked on a cp3 I bought. I'm not sure if he just didn't know it was ****ed or not buts it's totally un usable you can tell by the photos this thing is ****ed big chip in the nose of the crank, scuff marks and gashes all over the body of this thing, rust, not to mention the 1940's paint job lol. Thing is the box showed no wear what so ever and looking at this thing you can see it looks like it was dropped of the back of a truck at 70mph!! There's no way in hell I'd risk running it. Also I had it flow tested and it failed. I'm just disappointed that it showed up this way and I want my moe t back that's it.

I did not. Definitely a mistake on my part for that. However anyone with a conscience would not play this thing off as being something to sell to someone. That is for sure.

Yeah that's a bummer deal man. Had a couple ppl vouch for him in that thread and all the other stuff with pics looked to be in great condition.

Ya weird that's the only component he didn't post a picture of. Everything else looked good. Should have been a red flag.......

Oh well hopefully you guys sort it out together. I don't think you have a leg to stand on as far as legal action though. It says used. Doesn't say functional.

Yeah you have no legal angle. It's an unofficial international transaction. And your PayPal time is up too.

It's a shit deal for sure but it may have functioned for him. You might be the 3rd owner.

I'm sure if he feels the same he'll make it right though. Customs could have banged up too though.

I live near Andy and seemed like a good guy...until i picked up a roller from him that the ownership dissapeared and im scared to get the tag run.I figured its not worth the shit storm to persue it.Hope you get fixed up op.

I got a edge CTS and LBZ intake from him everything was perfect.

Than I got a built trans from him was supposed to come with a 1074, fleece likes and a bunch of spin on filters. The trans showed up at the house but nothing else. And the trans looked rough had been painted black along time ago and all the paint was wore off and a little bit of corrosion. But internals were good.

I emailed him and it took about a week or so for him to respond than I talked to the shippers and ups he said he was going to talk to ups and see what happened. A few days later I got a email saying a shipping invoice was created and from the specs on the box it was the 1074. Two weeks later the 1074 shows up at the house.

I've tried emailing asking what happened and at this point I'm not even worried about the lines and filters. There for awhile I was worried the trans wasn't built.

I paid a grand shipped. My gut told me not to do it anyway considering I was hesitant to run anything industrial injection. Oh yea that's a funny story to...I was told by industrial that it is not one of there pumps....I got dicked all the way around. At this point I figure I'll never get it straight with him and I have a nice $1000 paper weight. I've come to my senses and wouldn't run anything but s&s or Exergy anyway. That's what I have now. Well thanks for everything guys.

Damn that's crazy. It definitely sucks when someone tries to pull shit like this. Our community is for the most part full of stand up guys, with pretty stout moral standards. Guess not everyone.
