did you ever do this, I plan on it over the holidays

No not yet! Im a PRO-crastinator:rofl: Its on my list of things larry! Its too cold to go work on it right now! Might be better on my holidays off and i might then. As of right now the truck is a mess, bed is off and stripped down flares off, tailgate is off and stripped down, whole front end off and dissasembled, hood, fenders, glass removed, mirrors, just about all of it bodywise is removed and awating decent tempatures to work on it!;)

:secret:You'll see a whole new looking truck this spring!:secret:

I cant wait to drive it let alone have it finished! Been without for going on 3-4 months now without D-max power:( But the wait will be worth it!

It was real easy, 2 minute search on ebay and a couple mouse clicks ending up at paypal and your done......10 minute install after ups guy delivers

I tried heat gun and butter knife/screw driver etc and only messed up like you were saying. Mine were fading and scratched anyway so I splurged for the new lights. I think I paid +/- $100 for the new ones, all four in the set.

Mike the LMMs cant be pulled apart - guys are taking a real thin cutting wheel and slicing the light in half from the back around the seal and then epoxying them back together. Sounds sketchy as hell but its the only way to do it -Im gonna do it while my truck is down so Ill post pics/how to - theres one on a board somewhere but Im at work and dont have the link. Ill post it later.
