I 2nd Jason's idea of removing the belt and seeing if the noise goes away. If it does, the noise is from something the belt is turning or the belt itself.

But then nothing is spinning? How does that work
The engine trans, exhaust could be causing/contributing to the noise I once had a bolt that I had 'lost' in the engine about 2 years previously end up at the damper and would make a strange noise as the engine ran, Strange things happen.

That's the point, it removes anything spinning on the front of the engine. If the noise is gone you know it's in the belt drive, if it's still there the noise is elsewhere.

Sounds like it's coming from something on the belt drive. I noticed you said the alternator was changed, that alternator in the video doesn't look new at all.
