Alternative firing order cam

Been looking a lot into cams and was curious what's everybodys thoughts on the alternative firing order cams?

There's lots of info on them. Seems like they are a must if you build your engine. I don't think there's any proof of a crank breaking running a alt fire cam.

I'm running one in my engine.

It swaps 2&5, 3&8, 6&7.
