Finished up install on my twin turbos last night. Home made kit. Got everything buttoned up and went for a drive. Truck has no power at all. Like push on the pedal nothing happens doesn't rev up. Almost like a fuel limp. Have checked connections no obvious boost leaks. Have checked electrical couldn't find anything unhooked. Any ideas?

Log? Does the truck smoke when you get on the throttle?

You might need to re-scale the MAF for the new piping. I presume the MAF is now located in front of the atmospheric charger, which probably has a larger diameter pipe than the stock intake? That would cause a (false) low MAF reading, which would restrict fueling.

Or do you mean literally nothing happens, like it just idles, even in park at WOT? If that is the case, there might be a problem with the accelerator pedal reading. You will want to log the various APP PIDs and make sure they are reading reasonably. You should see the throttle position move smoothly and linearly from 0% to 100% as you press down on the gas. You can do this log key on engine off if you prefer.

It will move but not fast couldn't get out of its own way and probably wouldn't go over 20 with it on the floor. Have to get my v2 tonight my cousin has it. Have new tunes to download, but I had read some where the mad doesn't have to be rescaled in an lb7. But it is a 5 inch intake so would probably help.

it very much needs to be rescaled. check for codes and rescale the MAF.

The way the MAF works is by measuring how much the air cools a heated element in the intake. The higher the air velocity, the more it cools it. So basically, the MAF is only measuring the air velocity past the sensor.

Now think about piping. To get the same amount of air through a 5" pipe, it will be moving much slower than through the stock pipe. Since the air is moving slower, the truck "thinks" there isn't as much air going in, and limits fueling. As far as it can tell, you have a super-plugged air filter or something.

So now you can see why it has to be adjusted for the larger piping. :thumb:

I think the Maf is in the right way opening toward the front??? I had Maf rescaled and installed new tunes and it is a lot better....... But no low end power and high egts.... No smoke though just a dog at the beginnin.

I will log it and look at it. I think I found a leak at the joint of the charge pipe it pushed the o ring out. I can't get a vband to fit it right I need the vband to be wider to allow it to seat properly

Double check maf idle readings and make sure you don't have any leaks. A squirt bottle with soapy water might help you find some of your low end power leaking out of a pipe connection.

Found one boost leak.. Also having a p0089 kick on now... FPR was replaced when I did injectors 20k ago. Assume I bumped or broke a wire during install. Computer was dead will log tomorrow

You'll be doing yourself a favor if you setup your V2 for black box logging.

For what it's worth I had the same issue and found one of the wires for my fpr had broken inside the connector, I got lucky and had a injector harness plug kicking around and it happens to plug in to the fpr perfectly

What is MAF reading at idle? Should be 40 gr/sec at idle.

Alright got home late tonight from Loading a train so didn't have much time to mess with it but I did log at idle and the Maf was bouncing around from 35-40 at idle..... the one thing that I did notice was my rail pressure gauge either isn't working or I have no rail pressure..... I did notice a bit of a miss almost like when the FPR was going out.... wondering if I have some broken wires.... going to set up my V2 and get a good log tomorrow.

Could have got the wires to regulator. I've had bad connection on my dual fuelers once and it acted the same. No power.
