No argument from me there...but as the other driver, you do shoulder some responsibility to watch your speed as you come upon another vehicle, unless you're at the dragstrip...

Russ had the right of way because he was traveling in a straight line. The bus didn't because they were turning and obstructing traffic.

Yup, sorry guy's I was going 15mph over the speed limit. Guess you guys have never been to cali. If your doing 65 in a 55, your ass is the traffic. Interstate 5 is a 70mph speed limit. If your doing under 77mph your getting the finger, or run off the road. CHP will not even look your way @ 80mph (on I5), unless your doing something stupid. Its much more dangerous to do the speed limit, and have cars flying by you playing chicken with oncoming traffic. I'll stick with the flow of traffic around here. The town I live in, is out in the sticks (Mosquitos and cow's) between three major city's.
