Coming from the gasser world, I can't help but laugh at the term "budget build" being used to describe any type of built Duramax :roflmao:
Got the engine to bare block today, I am very surprised to see how well it was doing. Bearings showed no abnormal wear and pushrods were all straight this time. Can't wait till next year to see what the new engine has in store, not going to cut any corners this time. :woott:
If you end up needing housing in alliance let me know and i can see if my sister / brother in law have their rent house open. He worked up there for a few years and they bought a house.. After he got let go they just decided to rent it out.
