I dont build transmissions but I run my business the same way Even. If you buy your parts from my company I will always be easily accessible, thats why im always slammed, I answer my phone and I am willing to help the customer thru their issue the best I can...

This is what is missing from many small businesses, customer service. Nice to know I'm not alone...:hug:

I say kudos if you've got the balls or spare coin to make it right if it goes awry. I didn't even want my shop foreman to do it, he has a tendency towards aggravation lol.

This is one area I am more than happy to see a pro on. I've bought stuff from different vendors but this will be my first trip out to one and i'm excited to make it happen for sure.
