2006 CCSB 4x4 with a 52 gallon titan tank with sump. Truck had a raptor installed for years and it died. Bought a 5g a while back and due to some personal things, I am just getting around to installing it. I’m looking for some creative ideas for mounting as there is no room in front of the tank and I do not want that unit mounted outside my frame rail. Mounting inside the passenger side rail seems questionable as I’m crossing the driveshaft and exhaust and mounting the pump in close proximity to the exhaust. Anyone have any good suggestions I’m just not seeing here?

These pictures are from the passenger side. You can see the crossmember and the proximity to the larger fuel tank. There’s no room to install the lift pump in the normal location.

Put it forward of the fuel cooler crossmember near the transfercase.

Sorry Brad. I didn’t see your post above till now. My initial thought was to put it forward of crossmember, but there’s no room there either. There’s a block for the brake lines and further forward there isn’t enough room between the torsion bar and frame. Unless I’m really misunderstanding where you’re referring to.
