Air filter box

I think this is thr appropriate section for this post. Does anyone know if an air filter box from an lly will fit in my lbz? I accidentally dropped mine and shattered it doing my blocker plate install and found a used one.

the tube is smaller but will the box itself work if he still has the pipes?

The LLY tube will have to be modified to work with the turbo mouthpiece on the LBZ. Also, the MAF sensor scaleing will be off. I would not recommend doing it.

i think hes just talking the box itself, hes using his tubing and only connecting his tubing to the air box. is the box smaller?

The LLY tube is smaller than the LBZ tube......

Buy. Stock lbz air box and save yourself the headache.

Yes it will work. No it's not a direct bolt on. No it's not ideal.

I think I have an lbz one sitting in the parts pile.

Yea. Let me double check it's not a Lmm box as they are different too.

I might swap ya for the lly box as I'll need one for a project im gathering parts for. Can you post a picture of what your needing? I'm 99% sure we are on the same page just want to be sure.

Just double checked.. The one I have is for Lmm
