Does anyone have problems with their air dog blowing the under hood fuse???? Everytime I replace the fuse it just blows it and I can't figure out why? Any suggestions

It's grounded to the battery. It just has an online fuse an blows the damn thing almost as soon as you start it..

It's on a relay an has a 30amp fuse. It is hooked to a keyed source from the fuse panel also that kicks on when the keys on..

Are you blowing the battery power fuse or the key on relay trigger fuse that you tap into in the fuse box? Have you checked for a short to ground?

I doubt it's the relay. Sounds like maybe a pump problem.

You might try pulling the little side plate on the pump that covers the gears to see if there is something in there locking it up.
