Air Dog Regulator

What do you guys use for an external regulator when running an Air Dog I? I don't trust the internal regulator and Pureflow didn't evidently since they have an adjustable one on the AD II. I want to put a gauge in line with a regulator so I know where I'm at all the time and can adjust it accordingly.

All the AD1's i have seen and installed only run 10-12psi on the duramax at that low of pressure i see no need for a regulator
