LSM has them, call and tell them your intentions and build specs, they can grind many profiles...

No Limit Manufacturing is another....

LSM is the cheapest altered firing cam on the market.

Empires stage 2 cam would probably be equivalent to the 6480. I went with empires stage 1 street cam and it is similar to socal's 3388 from what I have been told.

We've been using and selling the Wagler cams. They are priced between the SoCal and Empire. Jeremy is using the highest quality material they have available for his. In the future there will be cams made similar to the other current offerings. :thumb:

Never heard of them. What is an LSM AF cam go for usually?
NGM also does AF for a little more than EDP but I wouldn't give Wade a cent.
Too bad Socal doesn't keep more in stock. I would have rather bought mine from Guy but Danville gave me a pretty good deal and had it at the builder 3 days after ordering.

LSM will have it to you following week, $1000+ freight.

No Limit Manufacturing is using the tool steel blanks, very high quality and can be reground and heat treated multiple times, I'm guessing that's who Wagler is using, and No Limit gets $1250+ freight I believe.

He is using No Limit also, I'm pretty sure. Or using the guy from Texas, I'm drawing a blank...

And come to think of it, it may have been $1400-$1500 for No Limit's Tool Steel Altered Firing Cam, I last talked to them a year ago, and he wasn't convinced the Alt Firing order was the answer, but I bought his adjustable cam gear and ordered the cheaper LSM cam.

Curtis doesn't believe it makes a difference either but I have yet to hear about any AF cam builds with proof they broke cranks yet so till then with the testing and data from Fingers I will believe it works. At least from a harmonics standpoint.

Jeremy isn't using No Limit. He is using tool steel that is heat treated, ground, and then polished. In the very near future he is going to offer a less expensive material to compete with several others currently out.

so empire stage 2 is close to the 6480 I just don't want one from socal , doesn't Guy buy the blanks from comp? I basically want the most I can get out of a cam with taking away towability , I will be running a Machined DTS 71.5 billet 4094 over a billet s483 , I was told a 6480 would work really well with this set up . Anyone agree, or disagree?

The stage 2 has a wide operating range and works very well in spool up for large singles or street twin turbo configurations. Hot Street / Tow manor is the mindset behind the Stage 2. The Stage 2.5 works more towards the setup that seldom tows and needs peak power moved up in RPM range. Guys looking for hot street and occasionally spray it at the track.
