That's the thing, I've back traced all of wiring in the bails and those in the swap several times now. They're in the correct positions per the swap and have been both visually confirmed and via tracing with the ohm meter.

Its not that i necessarily trust the cam is correct but I really have no choice. Then or now. They don't divulge any of the specs and it's in. lol
And the hard parts (cam) is entirely independent of the electrical issues I'm seeing.
Unless I'm missing something......

I'm with you. I'm not one to just throw parts at a problem. There's a specific case in there somewhere, its just a matter of finding it.

You can make sure its an AF by what i was saying earlier about pulling the valve covers. start at TDC of cyl one on the compression stroke, turn balancer 90*(only 4 compression strokes happen in 1 turn of the crank), check to see if next cyl in firing order is on compression stroke via the rockers, and repeat until you find a cyl that doesnt follow the order or if they all check out.

thats true the codes dont go with the cam its self. You keep saying the wiring is correct but no one here can confirm that without pictures or details from you. we are not there and sometimes that second set of eyes picks up on things you have been staring at so damn long, you dont see it. Id like to see a pic of the crimps you redid as well

I get what you're saying now. :thumb:
After finding 1 it should follow the swapped firing order (which would be easy enough to follow at that point).

TC shouldn't be locked while cranking. You've definitely got an electrical issue somewhere and it may not even be related to your injectors.

I get that wasn't right.

As I said, something was wrong with the lockup box. Soon as the box was unhooked that problem was rectified.
That was an entirely separate issue but I'm curious about the mention of the TCM and how it played in with an injector or AF cam issue for someone else. Because from everything I understand, it shouldn't.
