Wanting to take off my fender flares... but i have those nasty deep worn down lines underneath them that go through the paint all the way to the metal...
Anyone know if theres a do-it-yourself way to fill in those grooves and get the paint to look right... (I don't want to drop the cash on getting the whole quarter panels redone at a shop)

I am going to say in that instance your best bet is going to be taking it to a body shop and getting it done right if you want it to last...

Ever had any minor paint work done. Just curious what that might run me.

I have but I have a good buddy of mine that his dad owns a body shop and he works there so I get hooked up pretty well. But for a reference I got my whole hood painted for $250 and then my front bumper, grille, and tailgate for $200...
