I put my injectors in at 150k last year. My Cp3 went out about 2 months again put that in. my trucks at 200k now. Put your clutch in. Your Injector will be fine. Just keep your filter changed.

My truck ran no lift pump and an Edge tuner for 210,000 miles on the first set of injectors. Just regular filter changes. This is why I was wondering what you were worried about? As long as you have the factory filter, you're fine. A lift pump only helps hold rail pressure with a big tune, it really won't help extend the life of the injectors. Extra filtration might, and using additives should help.

I now have a lift pump because I kept loosing prime on the factory filter. Eventually, I just removed the fatory filter. Wish I had done that sooner. You'll be fine holding off on the lift pump for a bit.
