I’ve tried different belts etc new tensioner, belt still likes to jump grooves , it’s still on but that’s only after I dialed back the RPMs 3-400 . I have a brand new belt but it’s almost pointless to put it on until I find a solution to keep it in the grooves. The chewed up one I have on there stays on so I’ve just left it on there . So guys what’s the advantages of running this Billet one from ICT ? Is it adjustable ?

I don't think I or Josh know if the ICT tensioner will work with the Duramax yet, but I was thinking about using one with some kind of rod tensioner. I ordered the ICT billet tension and see if I can come up with a solution...

Use something like this with the Billet tensioner to another mount point to keep
tension on belt, no more spring.

Looks Promising. You would be a Hero if you figured a solution for something that has plagued many for as long as I can remember. :thumb:

ICT tensioner showed up today, its .400" shorter than a stock Dmax one so I made a spacer for it. Still waiting on rod ends and adjuster sleeve.

With spacer
