We have a 06 service truck and it has manual everything how hard would it be to swap say the entire door from a another truck from the wrecking yard that has power windows and stuff what would it take to make it work correctly? Or Is It possible ?

I looked into this a few months ago. It seems you need new locks, door panels, wiring harness, window motor assembly and bcm. You might be able to reflash your existing bcm to make it work.
Ya I found a truck in a wrecking yard with good doors same color was going to swap the entire door unit so it was ready to go didn't know if the harnesses under the dash are there already to tie into or not
I'm going to attempt this on my truck mine has power locks but window and mirror are manual I bought 2 complete doors off of craigslist (since my is only an extended cab) .... Stripped the doors of all of their parts... Have you started the conversion yet
