Ah Ha, That's why I couldn't source it in the states. It's only available from European distributors since you can tow legally over there. I appreciate the effort and will probably just use a hand lever before I spend the big bucks.

I regularly drove for a company that had a box truck with air over hydraulics. It was the worst of both worlds, but the hardware existed to do it. Unfortunately the hardware doesn't apply to your use case. In your case I imagine you'd be best served to have a fairly large compressor, a tank, and some kind of electric to air proportional regulator driven by 0-12 VDC from your trailer brake controller.
