I have a strange issue with the 4x4 actuator. It works but will blow the fuse for 4x4 in the cab when you do 4 wheel drive launches. Is it possible that there is enough force being placed on the actuator during the launch that it loads it and blows the fuse? I never had this issue until I put the triples on the truck. There is not a wire getting pinched that I can tell and everything test fine with the test lights as far as signal from the switch and key. Thanks for any help with this.

I have another truck that I can change the switch from and check. I changed the actuator from my other truck and it does the same thing so it is safe to say that it is not the actuator.

I got it all fixed up. It was a wire that returns the signal to the switch that was causing the fuse to blow. Somehow it got pinched between the differential and oil pan when I launched the truck.
