Been going over what I will want to be doing to my truck, and am trying to decide on mounting locations for any switches that might be required.
I'm not big on having switches low, or hidden unless required. Otherwise, I want them to look clean and be readly avalible.
I haven't anything to add except for my Jeep Wrangler, I relocated the radio to the center console, so I made a plate and mounted my air system controls there. An air pressure gauge, the main control for the airsystem, and the switches for the air lockers. Shortly after this picture, I mounted a CB behind the dash, and wired a switch for it into one of the empty holes in this pic, and wired in a seprate volume control into another empty space.
Something I would change is if you notice the rocker switches in this pic, those are for extra lighting, I would have prefered my CB controls go there, and the lighting switches to be more condenced and mounted on that panel. I had planned for years to add in hard mounted winch controls for my front and rear winches, but that just never happened.
So what have you done, what works and what would you change.
