I have an 08 Duramax. This summer the ac started to kick on and off at idle. Mechanic says it is the Intercooler and that it’s not gettting good airflow. My pressures are too high. Some things that have been replace in the last few months is the injectors, new turbo, radiator, condenser. Everything I’ve read about the Intercooler does not mention how it effects the ac. Any suggestions. Or feedback?

I don’t see many plugged up intercoolers restricting air flow through the cooling stack. Usually the stuff builds up on the radiator. I would check to make sure the new radiator doesn’t have stuff piled up in front of it. If it looks clean, I would suspect a faulty fan clutch.

In order, front to back is:
Trans Cooler
A/C Condenser
Intercooler
Radiator

I don't think the Intercooler could have any likely effect on the performance of the A/C Condenser. If the Intercooler was really plugged, you would have other much more noticeable issues, i.e. high coolant temps, high oil temps, etc.
