ac not working

Well I just changed my injectors about a week ago and I cant get my Ac to work the compressor is not engaging so there's one switch to the canister and one to the compressor am I missing anything else that I for got to hook up

Ok it worked before the injector change now it doesn't compressor isn't kicking on. I didn' mess wwith any of the ac components except the sensor that I unplugged

Any chance you got the plug in switched from the sensor on passenger side with coolant sensor? They will interchange.. Don't ask me how I know..

The light was on after the injector change but I had to fill it up it turned off tho. I don't understand could It lose freon some how? And no I haven't got Efi live:(

I checked the plugs and they were correct. How many plugs go to the ac system? Theres a red plug on the back of the compressor. Does sumthing go to that? So one goes on top of compressor then one on the rail by the compressor and one on the canister. Am I missing sumthing?:confused:

No, no plug back there. Make sure you don't have any loose/bent pins in the bail connectors

Put a gauge on it and see what kind of pressure you have in the system. Should be like 80 psi if its hot out with the compressor not running. That will tell if its freon or something else.

Compressors used before 03 were the old pressed together style that are known to twist when you take the 4 mounting bolts out, and this pinches the O-ring. I have heard of a few instances of this losing all of the system charge, but not very likely. You have the 1 connection at teh compressor for the clutch, and the other connection at teh accumulator for the low pressure cycling switch. Unplug the low pressure switch and put a jumper wire in it and see if it kicks on. Only do it for a few seconds though in case it is low on charge so as to not burn up your compressor from running it dry.
