Just got truck up and running got a well paying money load and this ABS light comes on... It's a DOT violation if caught.. So I backed out..
This trips when truck is moving

This will trip when truck is sitting still but not trip the ABA light... Truck is not equiped with traction control..

My dually gets that while sitting still....
Goes away without going 40mph too

Got the module at home to replace it, also try cleaning the grounds under the drivers door
on the frame

I'll check said ground... Originally the code was just the wheel senseor.. The tripped back when the block broke last time...

Does it at all speeds on mine

Said ground was fairly rusty... Test drive.
Edit #2 still there

Can you hook a scanner up that logs wheel speeds at each corner? Don't remember if efi live can but I think so

No it can't.. Did find out c0035 is left wheel not right... I disconnected right and c0040 came then went away after I reconnected it..

Also found that the wheel sensors tend to go out when wheel bearings start failing....
Lifted left wheel... Found good 1/16-1/8" slop at top of the rotor... Bearing is shot with almost 266k on it

That's 3 times the mileage I got out of the d/s wheel bearing on my truck. I'd say you had a good run.

That generally happens unless you have the Chinese wheel bearings, then the whole hub just snaps and scares the shit out of you at 70mph
