Ok, so I put a pure performance 6" lift on my lly a few weeks ago, I had a problem right off the bat once I got everything back together and pulled the truck out of the bay. First, my alignment was off horribly, which I already knew I was going to need one, second, my abs light came on. The problem I have right now is with the abs, when we put the bearing assemblies back on, we had to rotate them to the right due to the fact that pure performances knuckles wouldn't allow for the abs sensor wire to come out of the top, so we rotated it to the right so it could come out the rear end side underneath the caliper instead of on top, so I didn't know the extent of anything until I started driving and went to brake, when I pressed the brake pedal in, it seemed like it damn near went to the floor and the brake had a vibration, not a pulse, but a vibration, and the abs kicked in and my truck didn't want to stop as well, it pulls to the right everytime my abs kicks in like that, I could be goin 15mph and go to slow down using the brake and it will still kick in. I had the code read, and it pretty much said the left side or driver side sensor was not operating properly. Now from the looks of it, the break line is twisted but not kinked, we never unhooked the calipers but the brake pedal does feel squishy as all get out, one of my questions is would rotating the bearing assembly affect the abs at all? And my next question is could the break line being twisted and not kinked affect the abs also? I've had the squishy brake pedal since I got my breaks done a while back but the shop closed down shortly after I got them done, does anyone have any advise on this matter as well? I've tried bleeding lines and everything... Any help would be awesome. If you have any other questions please post away, or pm me. I greatly appreciate it.
