The other day my ABS light started coming on/off bud did not feel any issues. The next day sometimes the trucks brakes would feel funny, or pull to the right then be normal.Today the light is staying on and the brakes feel a little stiff. What should I be looking into?

I've had the same issue and it was one of the front wheel speed sensors, they're more common on lifted trucks I believe.

Why do I keep doing this?

Could be you got some crud in between the sensor and the ring on the hub?

Both my front wheels show ABS codes, but my braking is still "normal". I dont even bother with it.

Sometimes lifted trucks have issue because of the rerouting of the sensor. It can get pulled on or messed up. I'd check your wheel bearings and if that doesn't work try the sensors russ

That's what I was getting at with mentioning the sensor, just like you said the rerouting with the lift can cause the sensor to somehow get wear and tear.
