Surely not the first time dyno numbers were not backed up at the track:D

That's for sure , thats one nice thing about twins dynoing a bit low is I always dyno my truck after larger upgrades and then track next , so I am always pleasently suprised by the results :D

Brian...you made an unfair statement in the post, but I will get to that in a minute. As far as the dyno numbers are concerned...perhaps they could be exaggerated a bit; however, it is a dyno and it printed the numbers. That is the very reason that I couldn't believe that my truck dynoed 460/866 on a 90hp Stealth2. But that is what the dyno sheet read, and pulled it twice.

Getting back the "unfair statement"...you wrote on the board in the link that Husker Diesel has never put a truck into the 12's. You are assuming too much. My tune from Jess ran an 8.09 1/8 at 87. I don't have any other mods on my truck except what you see in the sig....including just a TG Jr. stock tranny. Not bashing you, BUT see you in the Call Out board:thumb:!

8.09 @ 87mph is not always a 12.....But most 8.0x trucks will run a 12....

Did you run a 13.xx with the 8.09? or is that another time on the track:confused:

Mike,

Different everything...the 13.41 had a 8.5ish 1/8 best I recall. Different track as well....the 8.09 was on an 1/8 mile track in Illinois.
