I'm pretty sure the A40 is vin specified for only that vehicle.
Also if you have EFI from a specific tuner, you won't be able to load it on your/his locked AutoCal.

I don't understand this thread. He doesn't state it specifically, but I'm assuming the guy is asking for a stock TCM file. I have never had a problem flashing any A40 TCM as long as you're using the same OS that is already in there, and since he is asking for a specific OS, I assume he has already accounted for that. I know that's a lot of assuming, but I suppose it is no more than what is already going on here.

If you were to look up a specific TCM file based off the VIN# on TIS it usually asks what is the specific hardware/tcm that it is going to be flashed into.

Why it asks that I do not know, but since no A40 Full Flash is available the only option is a dealer TIS flash or a Cal Read of the same OS and Calibration so that the end user can use the CAL FLASH using EFI-Live to update or change it.

If I had a VIN# I could probably pull the file, but without it looking up random Vins to get the correct file isn't a feasible endeavor.
