It's rippled right in front of where the front leaf spring brackets atatch to the frame. It doesn't show up well in pics, but when you lay a straight edge against it and look at it it looks bad.

Maybe the burb frame is not as well built as the pickups. There are plenty of pickups, even 1500 trucks, out there with built up Cummins motors with no frame issue's outside of motor mount plates tearing off the frame. Hard to pin point without doing a side by side and measuring

Theres quite a few BURBS out there too with alot of CUMMINS power under the hood. What got mine was my burnout video. It flexes a good bit under power, but doing the burnout is what tweaked it and left it that way. Axle wrap is a HUGE issue as well. I have the roadmaster springs on mine that helped ALOT, but you can still feel it wrap up pretty good under a hard roll in. The instant torque the DURAMAX can make under a boosted launch can really wreak some havoc. It probably didn't help I had a full 42 gallons of diesel in the tank and 150 pounds of dogs in the 3rd row seat when I did my burnout video either.
