Needed a way to not only increase line size feeding a 12mm stroker pump, but also change direction of the standard inlet to fit a custom intake. I had originally planned to harline into the fuel inlet. But that proved hopeless. After a little digging, I found where the pump threads are 12mm x 1.5mm pitch. Which further narrows the list of fitting options. But one was available in a Banjo fitting to 6 or 8 AN adapter with correct bolt size.

Vibrant Performance makes this one attached, part # 11533. $23 from Summit, I believe it was originally made to fit a turbo application. But also fits the tight CP3 quarters quite nicely. Lacking a better option, preferably out of stainless steel, guess I'll give this anodized aluminum fitting a try.

Here is a couple pics of it installed. Takes a 18mm wrench (which I didn't have handy) and can be tilted about 15deg either side of vertical if needed.

So far I don't see any disadvantages to it.

I like it, don't usually see banjo fittings on the cp3 but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Definitely makes for an easier install.

They say necessity is the mother of invention, for this particular setup, that rings true.

I searched a good bit for a stainless version to no avail. So if anyone finds something better please share. The port size is sufficient, and angle is what I needed to run the line down front of engine to closer lift pump and filter location.

Looks good, be curious to see how it flows. I just have the -8 straight on my 12mm, def a tight fit had to make a couple custom wrenches just to tighten the hose. Also nothing wrong with the aluminum fittings they seal fine and can be durable if taken care of, just lay off the spinach before tightening them.

After racking our brains on how to bend a hardline connecting the two rails around that Banks intake, I'd totally forgot about the inlet line clearance issue. Luckily that intake uses O-ring gaskets, so removing the upper half was a lot easier than I figured.

I was gonna change the return port also, but since that has to tie into the injector returns, it's kinda pointless to go -AN on that side.
