Primer on the back of the hood and fenders. This is 2k Southern Polyurethane, first time we've tried it. It smells kind of like Spies, and lays out nice. I'll wait and see how it sands

Got the engine ready to come out so I can finish the frame work. Also, a china freight engine stand gave it's all to become a transmissio stand.

You'd be surprised how much weight one of those 4-wheel HF stands can take. Fully-dressed LB7 didnt even make mine flinch.

They're really not bad, and an allison has nothing on a fully dressed duramax, I think... Only problem I had with mine was the weld on the inside of the tube the engine bracket slides through was.... Messy... Was a bear to turn an engine over. Ground it down nice and smooth and it was a night and day difference.
