had piston slap in my 5.3 and 6.0's but not an issue in the 8.1's I had...Id buy it

I haven't heard it with my 5.3 yet. Overall I hear it's a good motor. Plenty of power. I'd buy it too.

Only driven one but it had gobs of power the instant you touch the throttle. It was a blast to drive bit hard on tires!

I've also heard that its very normal to use a quart of oil between changes. They're all like that. Other than that I've only heard great things about them. A few bolt ons and a tune can do some great things for them too.
